You can cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of placing it.

You are not eligible for a refund unless one of the following conditions applies:

  • Your purchase was not delivered.
  • You received a defective or incorrect product.
  • It has not yet been a day since you placed the order.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If the product you received does not match the one you purchased, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us by email. We will arrange a replacement for the product.
